Successful Representation in a Lawsuit arising from a Sponsorship Agreement

Scope Law represented an event organizer in a claim for alleged breach of a sponsorship agreement. Based on the force majeure clause, the claimant demanded a full refund of the sponsorship fee paid in advance. The court followed respondent's argumentation and fully dismissed the claim.
