Michael Eitle 2

Michael Eitle is an experienced lawyer with a focus on venture capital, domestic and international M&A and private equity transactions, as well as asset finance and corporate finance transactions (including acquisition and other structured finance). Michael advises his clients on general corporate and commercial matters. He regularly assists start-ups, investors, entrepreneurs, financial intermediaries and other nationally and internationally active companies.

 

Finally, Michael has many years of proven experience in the field of aviation and advises on all contractual, commercial, corporate or regulatory matters, particularly in relation to drones.
