Michael Kuhn is an experienced lawyer who specializes in the innovation and technology sector. His core competencies include advising on intellectual property law (licenses, copyrights, inventions) as well as corporate law matters relating to financing and transactions, such as capital increases, acquisitions, mergers or demergers. Michael regularly advises start-ups and spin-offs, investors, entrepreneurs and domestic and international companies.

 

Another of Michael's core competencies is data protection law, both Swiss and European (General Data Protection Regulation, EU-DSGVO). In this regard, Michael advises our clients in a pragmatic and goal-oriented manner on the implementation of the increasingly strict regulatory requirements, e.g. on the analysis of personal data processing procedures in a company and the prioritization and implementation of the measures to be taken.

 

Michael has extensive and broad experience in the areas of contract law, employment law, corporate law, and M&A.
