Financing Round

Scope Law advised SquaredData AG (ETFBOOK), Zurich, on its USD 13 million funding round led by Expedition Growth Capital, with participation from existing investor BlackFin Capital Partners.

ETFBOOK is a leading ETF data and analytics platform providing data, analytics and technology solutions to participants across the global ETF ecosystem. The new funding will support ETFBOOK’s continued international expansion, in particular into the US and APAC markets, as well as the further development of its data and analytics offering.

Scope Law previously advised ETFBOOK on its Series A financing led by BlackFin Capital Partners.
