Marcel Isch is an experienced litigator who advises domestic and foreign companies and private individuals primarily in civil and commercial disputes and represents them before state courts of all instances as well as in enforcement and mutual assistance proceedings.

An essential part of Marcel's work is advising and representing employers and employees in all areas of labor law, including social security and immigration law issues. Marcel regularly acts as an external legal service for advising domestic and foreign companies in the HR area, whereby he is very familiar with the legal problems that arise in cross-border contractual relationships due to his often internationally oriented activities.

Finally, Marcel has extensive experience in the area of debt collection and bankruptcy law, in the context of which he supports his clients in enforcing and safeguarding their rights.
