Scope Law AG acts as Swiss legal counsel to PortfoLion Capital Partners in connection with the USD 23 million Series B financing round of deskbird AG, Europe’s fastest-growing workplace management platform.

The round was led by Octopus Ventures, with further participation from NEVA SGR, AVP (AXA Venture Partners), Alstin Capital, and Session VC.

PortfoLion, a Budapest-based venture capital firm and part of OTP Group, has been supporting deskbird since its Seed round in 2022, and has participated in every follow-on round to date. Its continued involvement in this Series B underlines PortfoLion’s long-term conviction in deskbird’s vision and strong execution as a leading solution in the future-of-work space.

deskbird enables companies to efficiently manage hybrid work through a flexible, AI-driven platform used by over 200'000 employees across 80 countries.

This was an interesting update about funding and business growth because it explained things in a clear and simple way. I once had to study financial reports for class while using do my online statistics course support during finals week, so this topic caught my attention quickly. It shows how important planning and strong decisions are when companies want to keep moving forward.

The breakdown of this financing round is quite insightful, especially in understanding how investments evolve over time. It reminds me of a project I worked on during my studies where analyzing funding stages felt overwhelming at first. While juggling deadlines, I even thought about options like Do My Online Class just to manage everything better. Posts like this make complex financial topics feel much more approachable and easier to grasp.
