Denise Läubli is an experienced lawyer in the areas of real estate, construction and tenancy law, including real estate transactions and project developments. In connection with real estate, Denise advises her domestic and foreign clients comprehensively - be it the purchase or sale as well as the development and construction or conversion of a property, the conclusion of the corresponding agreements (work contract, easement agreements, lease agreements, etc.).


Denise also advises her clients on general corporate and commercial matters.

 

Moreover, Denise has extensive experience in advising and representing clients (both individuals and companies) before state courts and authorities.
