Scope Law advises Yunex AG, Zurich (Yunex Traffic) on the acquisition of the business unit "Traffic Regulation Systems (TRR)" from cablex AG, Bern.


Yunex Traffic is a global leader in intelligent traffic systems. Cablex, a Swisscom subsidiary, is specializing in the construction, maintenance and operation of high-performance ICT and network infrastructure solutions. By integrating the TRR division, Yunex Traffic expands its solution portfolio in Switzerland to include the installation and assembly of traffic signal systems. Yunex Traffic is now able to offer its customers in Switzerland the complete value chain of intelligent traffic management solutions from a single source.
