Co-Ownership Concept in Real Estate

Scope Law advises and supports beyoul AG in the legal implementation of a new type of a co-ownership concept in Switzerland regarding the acquisition of a property.


Through beyoul, it will soon be possible to acquire shares in a holiday home or flat and thus keep the purchase price and maintenance costs correspondingly lower. There is currently no model of their kind in Switzerland - beyoul is the first provider to bring it to the market.
